Exclude Tag Option
For example if you wanted to see all files tagged "A" that are not also tagged "B", you would click on the "A" tag and then hold shift when you click on the "B" tag.

Selecting multiple files in the lower box
It would be nice to be able to select multiple files in the lower program box and not only one. This way you can assign a new a new tag to a subset of them using the right-click context menu.

Custom tag highlighting coloring
For example each tag text displayed in the cloud could have a smooth rectangle with rounded corners or some ellipse for faster recognition that could also serve as a sort of tag association.

Auto-complete in Add Items dialogue
In the "type tags" field of the Add Item dialogue, auto-complete as you type, using existing tags, instead of having to use the drop-down checkbox list. Favorite implementation: Surfulater tags: typing in box creates dynamic drop-down list as you type; select tag and enter puts the selected tag in the tags box and adds comma+space so the box is ready for next tag.

Operations on multiple files
Currently when you click on a tag, it generates a list of files below. However, even though you can select as many files as you want, you can only execute one of them. This is no good for something like a music player where I want to select multiple files and enqueue all of them in my playlist.. I'd like to see multiple file execution.

Using NTFS (ADS) as tag store for persistent, searchable tags
TaggedFrog should offer options to write its tags also to NTFS „Alternate Data Streams“ (ADS). E.g. tags for documents (.doc, .txt, PDF,..) should be written to the „Category“ file property (stored in an ADS), which is searchable e.g. by Windows Desktop Search (WDS). Tags for other file types should be stored in a format that is compatible with existing desktop search products (such as WDS). Alternatively, if compatible formats don’t exist (?), a new, open TaggedFrog-defined tagging format for an ADS should be used, which could later be made searchable through TaggedFrog or e.g. a WDS iFilter extension.

File Categorization
User can create new category sections on left panel. Alongside 'Library' & 'Favorites' there will now be 'Categories'. Files can also be categorized either by already-implemented auto-tagging & scanning features OR by manual dropdown fields next to each file on the bottom pane. Each file can have more than 1 associated category. Max number is set by user.

Files Rating
The rating of files in each tag would be very useful to locate the most relevant information for the users; and also the possibility of sorting them according to the rating value. (It was already suggested in the support section by jakre)
